My dog was my beloved companion for 17 wonderful years so I wanted to make sure his ending was as graceful and pain free as I could possibly give him. I did my homework beforehand especially on cremation places and also on where I wanted my dog to be euthanized if it came to that. Beloved Companions in Avon CT had great reviews, and my phone calls to them to discuss plans for my dogs final day when it came was met with caring, patience, and understanding and I didn’t want to deal with anyone else but Beloved Companions. I did at home euthanasia, pickup, and cremation for my little guy, and I am so glad to report that all went smoothly without any glitches whatsoever, allowing me to focus on my beloved companion and saying goodbye, completely free of added anxiety during such a sad and difficult time. They were so kind & comforting to us. So patient with us with our many questions that we had. I strongly recommend them. It was such a long day. First we went to our local vet & got bad news. Then we went to an animal hospital that had an emergency room to see if they could operate on the tumor in his mouth. Unfortunately, he couldn't be saved. So we took him out for an hour to spoil him with things to eat that he'd really enjoy then brought him back so they could peacefully cross the rainbow bridge. They waited for us to drive the hour to them. She even gave us a little time to say more goodbyes. We appreciate it more than you could possibly know.

My cat, Ruby, passed away after 19 long years of companionship. I called Dave, and he was so patient, professional, and reassuring. I fully trust in him and his company, and I would recommend him to anyone who has lost their beloved pet. I’m so happy to have Ruby home now. Dave, thank you again.
