I just got home from picking up my buddy Copper. I waited to open the bag because I knew my heart would sink. I opened the bag and what a wonderful surprise. I can't tell you how pleased I am. The foot print is just how I remembered his, the fur clippings are of every color the poem and certificate and the box that contained his remains are above and beyond what I had imagined. We can’t say enough about this experience. From the first call (Christmas Day) to the last, Peaches and team took the time to explain the process with thoughtfulness and compassion. We were grieving and the way they handled Rocky was with so much dignity and respect. She kept us updated throughout.
