Lost our beloved cat of 19 yrs. The staff was compassionate and caring as we dealt with the process of losing our pet. And we're willing to meet us on our terms and hours related to his passing. Not only do they offer after hour services but even offered to pickup at home. Though we met them at their offices behind Battistones. Hope you never need their services. My dog was my beloved companion for 17 wonderful years so I wanted to make sure his ending was as graceful and pain free as I could possibly give him. I did my homework beforehand especially on cremation places and also on where I wanted my dog to be euthanized if it came to that. Beloved Companions in Avon CT had great reviews, and my phone calls to them to discuss plans for my dogs final day when it came was met with caring, patience, and understanding and I didn’t want to deal with anyone else but Beloved Companions. I did at home euthanasia, pickup, and cremation for my little guy, and I am so glad to report that all went smoothly without any glitches whatsoever, allowing me to focus on my beloved companion and saying goodbye, completely free of added anxiety during such a sad and difficult time.
