First we spoke with Peaches in Avon which started off the great support service of this caring place. We brought our little Julie to New Britain and Justin went over and above along with other very caring gentlemen. It was such a pleasure to have the care of our beloved pet be in the hands of Dave. He was very professional, provided us detailed information about their packages and was very understanding about our loss.
