My cat, Ruby, passed away after 19 long years of companionship. I called Dave, and he was so patient, professional, and reassuring. I fully trust in him and his company, and I would recommend him to anyone who has lost their beloved pet. I’m so happy to have Ruby home now. Dave, thank you again.

First we spoke with Peaches in Avon which started off the great support service of this caring place. We brought our little Julie to New Britain and Justin went over and above along with other very caring gentlemen. Finding people to help you through this difficult transition is a blessing. Kindness, compassion, solidarity and company with respect is what I found in this cremation service for my sweet girl Coco. Thank you for being there for me and for patiently answering all my questions. It was hard to leave my Coco, but the sweet woman made me feel like she was in the right place. A few days later when I picked up her ashes I couldn't hold back my tears again but in the midst of my pain I felt peace thanks to Dave. I am very grateful to God for the staff who helped me.
