First we spoke with Peaches in Avon which started off the great support service of this caring place. We brought our little Julie to New Britain and Justin went over and above along with other very caring gentlemen. Knowing she was cremated by herself and still being treated with love and caring will always remain in our hearts. Our sincere thanks for all your sympathy and prayers, Carol and Charlie. It was such a pleasure to have the care of our beloved pet be in the hands of Dave. He was very professional, provided us detailed information about their packages and was very understanding about our loss. On 12.26.24 we lost our beloved Princess and although it was a very difficult day for me and my family upon calling beloved companions they made the process smooth while we grieved the loss of our fur baby. Thank you so much for everything and for explaining the process as this was our very first time loosing a fur baby. The compassion that they have and extend is beyond appreciated during the most difficult time and process.
